I am Chef DeJa "Blue" Johnson. I have been a professional culinarian for over 10 years now, but have had a passion for cooking all of my life. Throughout my life, I've learned to understand food as a philosophy and an art, so I love to cook the way I learned how to eat; with an aspect of nurturing. Nurturing a soul, a mind, a spirit. That nurturing drives me to constantly improve my skill and perspective alike, and to shares those learnings with you. So with every time I share a piece of me with you, I hope to bring in closer to this side of the Blue.
